  No, words written in your notes section are not included in your word count analytics. They are, however, included in your words written statistics. If you wrote anywhere in Novlr, these words will be calculated into your words written totals. But only words added to the manuscript word count of any individual project will be counted toward your word count analytics.Popular

• How does archiving a section or a project affect my writing analytics?

  When you archive a section or project, that word count data will no longer be included in your graphs, and you will no longer be able to see the analytics specific to them. If you restore an archived project, the data will be restored and your graphs will recalculate accordingly. InPopular

  Novlr allows you to see how many words you’ve written in a day, in a month, and in your entire project. You can access this information in three different places. In the flow widget The first place to look is in the flow widget when you have your manuscript open. You will see a set of numbers. By clicking on these numbers you can see how many words you’ve written in that section, in your whole project, and how many words you’ve written that day.   Word count is the number of words currently in your manuscript. Words written is the number of words you have written in Novlr on any given day. Word counts do not include notes or deleted words. They do include imported and pasted words, as these increase the total of your project's word count, no matter their source. Words written does not include anything pasted or imported into Novlr. It does include any words written in your notes. Anything written in Novlr will count towards your wordsFew readers
